Hold My Calls, I’m Working from the Brew Cave Today

The Brew Cave is a walk-in beer cooler with a built-in kegerator that measures roughly seven feet wide by seven and a half feet tall by five feet deep and makes me curse the fact that I don’t live in an apartment large enough to accommodate such a sanctuary.

This $6,349 marvel touts “shelving space for over 30 cases of beer and room for four kegs on top of that,” all moderated at a constant temperature of 32 degrees, and shipped as individual panels “engineered to provide quick and easy assembly.”

If I forgo the kegs it looks like I might be able to fit a small desk in there (see H6), though it sure would be nice to put that tap to use after a long day of light to moderate typing.

Or, I could clear some shelf space instead and use that as a desk, though it sure would be nice to crack open one of 30 different types of IPA – it’s going to be all IPA – after a long day of light to moderate typing. I just don’t think I can give up the shelf space. I need all 30 options.
