Photos: The Places Facebook Called Home

In January of 2005, Facebook had six full-time employees; by December, the ranks had swelled to about 75. This photo from the company's first serious office, at 156 University in Palo Alto, shows the tightly-packed techies and open ceilings that remain part of life at Facebook to this day.
