In light of Apple’s 2008 “Mac vs. PC” ads bashing Windows Vista, Microsoft brought on Jerry Seinfeld to reboot the company’s image, according to The Wall Street Journal. Maybe Microsoft thought that people could laugh at Jerry Seinfeld instead of laughing at Apple’s portrayal of a dysfunctional Vista support group. Except there’s one little hitch that Gawker pointed out: on Jerry’s hit show Seinfeld, he owns a Mac.
