How did the world begin? How did the first humans get here, and why are we here? The Big Myth celebrates our rich, cultural diversity, telling the world’s oldest stories with the world’s newest learning tools. Kids will love creating geometric paintings using the Alley Art App!

Alley Art for iOS ($0.99) makes it fun and easy to create geometric paintings using a variety of shapes, tools and features. Using simple gesture controls, you can quickly place, scale, rotate and/or move shapes on the canvas and produce a masterpiece of your own. The apps simple interface makes it fun and easy to learn and create artwork. You can also add style to your painting, change opacity of shapes, add grunge textures and elegant frames and share it online with family and friends.

"I can't tell you how much my son loves "Smart Toddler School Pro++" app. After a week, he knows every word, and walks around all day singing ‘Red... Apple... Red... Apple.... Red, Red, Red.' etc. Thanks for being so creative. He's really learning his shapes. He loves to tell me how many points a shape has. He will say ‘Please give me that pillow...the rectangle one with four points?'  Also, the tracing letter, alphabets with graphic sound scheme is fantastic.

My daughter LOVES "Smart Toddler School Pro++" app! As my official 2 1/2 year old product tester, she can attest that she loves her "Smart Toddler School Pro++" app, referring to the alphabets, numbers, Colors, Shapes and Counting. I spent many years as an elementary school teacher convincing parents and students that sitting on the couch watching TV was not the ideal way to spend the afternoon. The app, in a very animated fashion, teaches to learn the alphabets, colors, shapes and numbers. Why is it a Smarty Product of The Week? Let's just say that my munchkin is running around telling me every alphabet, number, shape and color she can find in the house. "What color is it?"! Can't argue with that!

Hi, blatant advertising - but it is free!

I would love some feedback on an app I have just put in the store.

I found so many of the matching games available rather dull. I had just been to see the film 'Despicable Me' (great film) and all the kids in the audience laughed their heads off at the burping and farting - I thought that might make a fun payoff for a learning game.

I am making it just for fun so really welcome your feedback

My sister loves PlayTales, which is an interactive app for kids to read. and it's different from any other ebook, because my sister also learn another new language since there are 8 different language choices. When we go for a trip, she just made it auto-play, which is convenient. here's the link: http://itunes.apple.com/us/app...

These lists are really useful for discovering new apps. If only the App Store made it easier! I've also been looking at this produced by the BBC that your readers might find useful: http://www.bbcactive.com/BBCAc...
