With a 5.7-inch 720p display, ZTE’s Grand Memo is yet another phone-tablet crossover. What makes it interesting is its 8.5-mm chassis, which is thinner than both the Galaxy Note II and the LG Optimus G Pro. And despite the slim figure, the Grand Memo manages to pack a bigger battery (3,200 mAh) than its competition. Other specs include a quad-core processor, 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of storage, a 13-megapixel rear camera and a 1-megapixel front camera. It’ll launch in the second quarter, but no word on U.S. availability or pricing.
