This is minor news, so if you’re not a PlayStation 3 owner and you’re not already a PlayStation 4 convert and you don’t really care about wrapping your digital tendrils around a bunch of PS4 games right about now — still almost exactly one month out from the PS4’s North American release date — this is going to mean nothing to you.

But if you can check all those boxes, run — don’t walk — to your PlayStation 3, where you can now purchase PlayStation 4 games, starting with Knack, SCE Japan’s $60 whatchamacallit action game, and the free-to-play co-op shooter Warframe today.

Yes, that’s right, I didn’t mis-type: Sony’s letting you pre-order a free-to-play game — I have no idea why either.

Hey, so not to be a big fat jerk in pointing this out, but if you click the link in the tweet embedded in this post you will find a website on which you can order these games from your Web browser.

@philrowen You're not being a jerk at all -- it says right there in the tweet that you can order them from SEN, too.
