The greatest characters of the 2000′s from movies, TV, books, video games and comics. Basically anything that had fictional people in it was fair game. Or fictional cats. Or artificial intelligences.
Wow, this looks great. It’s gotten, like, ten times better since the Comic-Con footage, which was kinda twee and overly Tim Burtonian.
StarDefense is a twist on the classic desktop tower defense game: it restages the combat in three dimensions instead of two. In StarDefense you’re not defending a plane, you’re fighting on the surface of a sphere — a tiny little-prince-style planetoid.
A few weeks ago I was sent an advance copy of Rebecca Winters Keegan’s The Futurist, which is an authorized bio of James Cameron. I wasn’t sure what to expect. Obviously I like his stuff, and he’s technically amazing. But I’m not exactly a Cameron fanatic. I’m an Alien guy, not an Aliens guy.
I just want to explain that I am better than Peter at Halo 2. I didn’t have my glasses. And I was using the old-style monster controller. Plus he kept killing himself. I want the record to be clear.
