Best Buy will begin selling Barnes & Noble’s NOOK eBook reader starting this Sunday, April 18th. Aside from merely selling the $260 device, Best Buy will also be preloading Barnes & Noble’s free “BN eReader” software on “select PCs (laptops and desktops), netbooks, tablets and smartphones,” according to a recent press release.
