Shadowy Sequel Surprise: 2K Games Announces the Darkness II

Uncorking one of the better kept secrets of recent months, the publisher of BioShock and NBA 2K11 announced today that they’ll be releasing a sequel to The Darkness, a 2007 FPS inspired by the Image/Top Cow comic of the same name.

The Shape of The Universe Is Cosmic, Hermaphroditic

I have no idea what this is an advertisement for (If I had to guess, I’d say something to do with Joe Casey’s Godland, if it’s still running), but this Image Comics teaser image is absolutely awesome.

Image Comics Launch iPad/iPhone App

Following Marvel Comics, DC Comics and Scott Pilgrim, Image Comics have teamed with ComiXology to launch an iPhone/iPad app for their titles, including Savage Dragon, Youngblood, John Layman’s wonderful Chew and Robert Kirkman and Todd MacFarlane’s Haunt (Kirkman’s The Walking Dead has been available through ComiXology’s own app for some time).
