TIME’s own Lev Grossman was at the annual South by Southwest festival, where he interviewed author and futurist Ray Kurzweil (The Singularity Is Near) during an interactive keynote titled “Expanding Our Intelligence Without Limit.”
Now that The Magicians is officially on sale in paperback ($11, Amazon), Techland’s very own Lev Grossman has hit the road. He kicked things off in California early this week and will make stops around the country before wrapping up in Minnesota in a few weeks.
