After all the rumors and night terrors, suppositions and double-questioning, Sony has finally saddled up for a new Spider-Man: Andrew Garfield.
Bleeding Cool is reporting that English actor Jamie Bell (Billy Elliot) has been chosen as the new Peter Parker in Sony’s upcoming reboot of the franchise, directed by Marc Webb (500 Days of Summer).
Granted, we’re assuming you still care about the Spider-Man franchise after Sony’s pathetic mishandle of our favorite web-slinger’s image as of late, but here goes nothing.
