Review: Iron Man 2, Now …
I haven’t had a chance to catch up on Jonah Hex since Douglas has yet to publish his comics guide for this comic-based movie, so I’m not sure how well this has been adapted but I’m not really feeling it. Something about it just seems off. Is anyone else thinking about the Wild Wild West? I wish I had a horse with hand-crank gatling guns!
Only a couple days left, until Kick-Ass mania finally descends on unsuspecting movie fans. We’ve written plenty about the film – from our interview with Mark Millar himself to our spoiler-free review around the time of the film’s world premiere at South By Southwest – and we have interviews with the cast going up this week as …

The above clip was revealed at SXSW. I don’t know anything other than the “original” Predator making an appearance along with an “updated and nastier breed.” Enjoy!
Dibs on Olivia Wilde and the girl in white.
I have a habit of never watching trailers for movies that I have high hopes for and Tron Legacy is no different. In case you didn’t go and see Burton’s Alice over the weekend here’s a cam of the trailer that debuted during the IMAX event. Let me know what you think.
*Please don’t suck.*
The latest Iron Man 2 trailer debuted on Jimmy Kimmel right after the Oscars and here it is. I think this is the first we’ve seen of Scarlett Johansson’s Black Widow in action. I won’t spoil the rest but it’s most definitely worth a look.
Pete Docter is a Pixar guy. He was one of the animation studio’s first employees, and has directed Toy Story and Toy Story 2, Monsters, Inc., and last year’s almost unanimously acclaimed Up. That last film is only the second animated movie to be nominated for a Best Picture Oscar. Between that, and its nomination for Best Animated …
