HP is putting its acquisition of Palm to work with the Palm Pre 2 handset, which is due out in France this Friday and headed to Verizon “in the coming months,” according to the press release.
So that’s a Sprint Palm Pre. But that really has nothing to do with what I want to talk about.
Things aren’t looking too good for Palm after reports revealed sales for the lauded webOS devices have been less than spectacular. CEO Jon Rubenstein sent the following e-mail to the company to explain what went wrong.
