13 Thoughts On Warehouse 13 2.10: Where And When

Visual references to Back To The Future, dialogue references to Total Recall and Bill and Ted and plot reference to Star Trek? Truly, the only thing this week's Warehouse 13 missed was Huey Lewis and the News popping up to play "Back In Time." Here're 13 thoughts about this week's time-bending "Where And When."

13 Thoughts On Warehouse 13 2.8: Merge With Caution

This just in: Eddie McClintock does a great Joanne Kelly, and Artie’s gift for poetry leaves a lot to be desired. Was it just me, or was last night’s Warehouse 13 the best episode of the season? Clearly, my head was turned by the possibility that Myka would actually get a non-work-related subplot of her own for once. Here’re thirteen quick thoughts about “Merge With Caution.”

13 Thoughts On Warehouse 13 2.7: For The Team

So, HG Wells finally returned in last night’s episode of Warehouse 13, and did she bring a hint of what’s to come? Maaaaaaybe. Here’re 13 thoughts about “For The Team.”

13 Thoughts On Warehouse 13 2.6: Around The Bend

Oh no! The Warehouse crew are falling apart and the show’s turning into a much more generic thriller… or is it? Yes, this week’s Warehouse 13 was a mindgame about a mindgame. Here’re 13 Mindgamey thoughts about it.

13 Thoughts On The Warehouse 13/Eureka Crossover

So, now we’ve seen what the first crossover between Syfy shows that aren’t called Stargate looks like, and it has to be said, I kind of liked it. Maybe it’s because I’m a comic fan and therefore shared universes and crossovers and cameos and everything like that is like catnip to me, but watching characters from Eureka and Warehouse 13 wander into each other’s worlds with last week’s episodes of their respective series made me want to see more of this Syfy-verse, and sooner rather than later, if possible.

13 Thoughts On Warehouse 13 2.4: Age Before Beauty

Lessons I learned from last night’s episode of Warehouse 13: My TiVo hates me. No, wait, I mean “Myka isn’t supremely confident, Claudia is socially awkward, and both need emotional support from their male counterparts.” No, that’s not right either. Oh, well: Here’re thirteen thoughts about “Age Before Beauty.”

Doctor Who 5.13: All This, And The Big Bang 2

It’s a testament to just how good Steven Moffat is that a season finale that actually didn’t answer the big questions about what actually happened, who was behind the destruction of the TARDIS and whose voice that was at the end of last week’s episode, was nonetheless completely satisfying.

13 Thoughts On Warehouse 13 2.3: Beyond Our Control

Was it just me, or was last night’s episode of Warehouse 13 kind of… odd? By that, I don’t mean “intentionally wacky” as much as “just not the same as the show normally is.” Are these growing pains, or something more sinister? Here’re 13 unlucky-for-some thoughts about “Beyond Our Control”

Doctor Who 5.11: Is There A Doctor In The House?

This weekend’s episode of Doctor Who, “The Lodger”, may not have been the tribute to David Bowie’s seminal 1979 collaboration with Brian Eno that I wanted it to be – That’s next week, apparently – but it was another hour for me to realize that I really, really prefer Matt Smith as the Doctor to [...]

E310: Day One Recap

With only two of us from the Hive Mind covering the largest video game expo in NA, it’s nearly impossible to cover everything and anything throughout each day. So I’ve compiled a few demos, trailers and nuggets of news that are worth taking a look from day one of E3. Enjoy.

Doctor Who 5.8: The Doctor And The Children

For some reason, it seems unfair to recap the first half of an unfinished story like this weekend’s Doctor Who, “The Hungry Earth,” and not just because there wasn’t much more than set-up to talk about (That said, the concept of Amy dying and leaving the Doctor and Rory traveling together? I would’ve loved to [...]
