Darren Aronofsky, the famed director of Requiem for a Dream, The Wrestler and the Black Swan, has had his name in the ring as the possible director for a number of comic book movie adaptations. First, there was Superman, which was squashed when Zach Snyder was named director of the rebooted series.
Well, this certainly sounds like great news for all fans of the X-Men films. Hugh Jackman, in an interview with Perez Hilton, says that the script for the second Wolverine film positively blew him away – and that he’s not yet entirely sure if the movie’s going to be in 3D.
