10. The Last Exorcism

Eli Roth’s latest horror flick (in theaters August 27) definitely caught our eye at Comic-Con. The documentary-like styled film follows a Louisiana man who the youngest in a long line of exorcists — and sets out to prove that demons don’t exist.

During the panel Q&A in San Diego Roth explains how when he was a kid he often worried he was going to be possessed by the devil, “until my mother told me Jews didn’t believe in the devil.” When asked what he thought about the movie being compared to 1968′s “Rosemary’s Baby,” he replies:  “Better that than Repossessed. We hope it’s a Rosemary’s Baby for a new generation.”
