Think of Sprint’s Overdrive mobile hotspot hub from Sierra Wireless as a Mifi on steroids. It supports 3G and 4G connectivity, serves as a hotspot for up to five devices over Wi-Fi and also acts as a mini NAS expandable up to 16GB via microSD. Wi-Fi range is a whopping 150 feet, so it could be your main Internet source at home. The 1.4-inch LCD provides useful data like battery life and connection status.

The Sprint Overdrive goes on sale January 10 for $100 with a 2-year service agreement.
