Microsoft once again introduced the Tablet PC earlier this year at CES in the form of the HP Slate. Very little is known about the device and I’ve been told that there’s only one prototype. However, HP recently released this video of the Slate in action.

In anticipation of Apple’s impending announcement it seemed as if everyone had been feverishly cobbling together a tablet to cash in on the hype. Lenovo’s U1 hybrid was probably the best of the bunch offering two unique experiences in one device. A gaggle of Android tablets were also introduced, but I’m left wondering why I would want an Android tablet that can’t run apps from the Android Market.
