Today, six-time champion and Hall-of-Famer Michael Jordan makes his debut as the cover athlete of 2K Sports’ upcoming basketball title. The news was announced a month ago and the just-released box art shows a time-lapse image of Jordan. He’s probably driving to the lane, about to dunk on some fool. Or a collection of fools. He did that a lot.
Especially to my beloved Knicks.
No further details were forthcoming about just how Jordan will be playable, or of there will be special modes associated with him. There’s time to find all of that out, though. NBA 2K11 will be out on October 5th.
