The Microsoft Store is blowing out Civilization IV: The Complete Edition for $9.99 until next Wednesday. It’s available in downloadable format for Windows PCs and “includes the original strategy classic, plus both expansion packs and the standalone game Colonization.“
The game’s successor, Civilization V, will be available September 21st, a full five years after Civ IV’s initial release. The new version features updated graphics, new hexagonal-based tiles, and more advanced diplomacy strategies between the 18 available historical civilizations.
