Logitech has announced its K750 Wireless Solar Keyboard, due this month for $80. The keyboard measures just 1/3 of an inch thick and "charges itself whenever there’s light." Once fully charged, it’ll work in complete darkness for three months or more.
Logitech will launch an application in the middle of November that’ll tell you how much light the keyboard is getting soaking up, so you can make sure to position it accordingly. While $80 may seem a tad steep for a keyboard with solar panels, never having to pay for batteries coupled with a razor thin profile ought to entice plenty of typists.
