A handful of Gmail users (less than one percent) reported a mass deletion of e-mails and contacts over the weekend. Google has located the problem and will be restoring access to affected users “in the near future.”
BlackBerry PlayBook will support Android apps, RIM rep proclaims

While rumors of BlackBerry devices being able to run Android apps have been growing, a video that surfaced from the recent Mobile World Congress conference captures an actual BlackBerry rep saying that the PlayBook tablet will eventually support Android apps.
JPMorgan fund eyes 10% stake in Twitter

For all you business types out there, rumor has it that JPMorgan may be looking to dump $450 million into Twitter. That’s reportedly a 10% slice, which would value the service at $4.5 billion.
