New Nook e-Reader
Barnes & Noble is making an announcement at 10:00 eastern this morning. The company hasn’t officially revealed what the announcement will be about, but the invitation sent to the press has a big, fat Nook logo and early details about an updated Nook Color e-reader capable of competing with Amazon’s upcoming Kindle Fire tablet have been making the rounds since last week.

Mark Zuckerberg in Boston
Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg will be at Harvard (his alma mater) and MIT today, recruiting interns for Facebook. I live in Boston, so I’ll be over there politely throwing elbows with other members of the press.

The Lost Steve Jobs Interview
Can’t get enough Steve Jobs? A 70-minute “lost” interview with the late Apple co-founder will be screened at Landmark theaters in 17 cities, starting November 16th.

YouTube and Disney
Kids! Disney content is coming to YouTube. The official word: “Programming will include video drawn from relevant family-friendly content currently available across YouTube, original video produced by Disney, as well as a blend of current Disney Interactive original series, select Disney Channel programming and Disney user created content.”
