Move over, VEVO; Facebook has now become the second most popular online destination for online video viewing (behind YouTube), with roughly a third of its visitors in October watching at least one video on the site. Accoding to comScore’s October 2011 U.S. Online Video Rankings, 59,815 Facebook users watched a video on the site last month, more than double the number of visitors to Hulu (29,221, although Hulu visitors spend significantly longer watching videos on the site, with 202 minutes against Facebook’s 18.4) but still far less than YouTube, which managed 160,959 unique visitors watching more than 20 million videos throughout the month. America, apparently, loves to watch.
