If you’ve used Ticketmaster.com at any point in the last 12 years and thought, “Hey, this is kinda expensive,” here’s some good news: You’re eligible for a refund. As the result of a class action lawsuit against the site’s “processing fees,” Ticketmaster is offering a credit of $1.50 per ticket order made between October 21, 1999 and October 19, 2011, up to and including 17 orders. If your orders also including expedited UPS delivery, you may be able to claim an additional $5 per ticket thanks to a secondary clause within the lawsuit.
Credits won’t be available until at least April next year, with final approval of the settlement scheduled for May 29, 2012.
