Okay, I’m kind of going out on a limb for this one, since I haven’t played it yet, but it almost looks too goofy to fail: overconfident Demon King of Hell, heavy metal music, hordes of Goblin minions doing your bidding, plus it sounds not a little like Codemasters’ Overlord (remember that gem?). The Vita angle: You can use the rear touchpad to make your Goblins play instruments that trigger special abilities (heal fellow Goblins, invigorate your army, or revive your hero).
Why it’s promising: Entersphere, Army Corps of Hell’s developer, was founded by former Nintendo director Motoi Okamoto, who you might remember (or ought to if you don’t) for his writing work on both Pikmin and Pikmin 2, designer Shigeru Miyamoto’s groundbreaking real-time strategy series for the GameCube.
