DIY assassinations, superhuman abilities, a dystopian steampunk setting designed by Half-Life 2‘s art director and it’s not a sequel — that’s what Dishonored has going for it out of the gate. Whether it’ll play like the crazy-cool amalgam of Thief, Half-Life, Assassin’s Creed and BioShock it looks and sounds like remains to be seen, but expectations are high, after zillions of gushing hands-ons.
