I can think of a few still popular video games older than World of Warcraft, but not many, and certainly none as profitable as Blizzard’s — shall we call it “mature”? — online roleplaying goliath. Mists of Pandaria is the company’s fourth and, I’m guessing given its waning subscription base, penultimate WoW expansion. It’ll let you climb up from level 85 to 90, try a new wuxia-angled character class (dubbed “monk” — what else?), reconnoiter new dungeons and play as the war-neutral Pandaren, a race of not-so-roly-poly pandas sequestered on a brand new seven-zone continent replete with pagodas, polearms and pink-blossomed trees.
