It’s been three years since the last Splinter Cell, but Blacklist pick ups where Conviction left off, pitting you as teflon counter-terrorist Sam Fischer (no longer voiced by Michael Ironside, alas) against a cadre of terrorists out for U.S. blood. The game retains its stealth-focused flavor, adding new ways to dispatch enemies (a new mechanic dubbed “Killing in Motion” lets you take targets out while on the go). If you’re rocking an Xbox 360 with Kinect, you can move using your body (instead of the controller) as well as speak (as in actually, out loud) to distract enemies.
