You get to ride a dragon and shoot stuff — that’s the two-second pitch for Crimson Dragon, a spiritual sequel to Sega’s venerable Panzer Dragoon series. Helmed by some of the latter game’s key creators, Crimson Dragon is a solo or up to three-player cooperative 3D rail-shooter (with occasional free-fly areas) where you’re guided through Roger Dean-like arenas, battling enormous kaiju-style creatures using both the Xbox One’s gamepad and Kinect, and leveling up your dragons to unlock new abilities.
