About.me is about to make it even easier to tell people all about you. The site – purchased by AOL at the end of last year – already offers users the ability to make free personalized profile pages with introductions and links to your content and social networking profiles around the Internet.
But according to TechCrunch, it’s about to add the real world to its reach.
Partnering with online print business MOO, about.me users will be able to design and print 50 business cards for free – although shipping will have to be paid for – with each card containing their about.me URL and profile for interested parties to investigate further.
Yes, the world may be marching towards digital business cards, but this looks like a nice way to bridge the gap until we get there, don’t you think?
