Teri Hatcher is Coming to Smallville To Play Lois Lane’s Mom
EW is reporting Teri Hatcher – aka Lois Lane from Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman – will be back in a Superman TV show. The only difference is she’s going to play Lois Lane’s mom in Smallville instead of Superman’s lady love. In the eighth episode of the tenth season (has it really been ten years?), Lois Lane (played by Erica Durance) will find videotapes of her mother, who will be played by the Lois Lane-alum. Brilliant casting choice; we applaud you Smallville!
Black Widow: The Movie?
If you watch the Iron Man 2 DVD extras (when it comes out), you’ll find out that Black Widow might actually get her day to shine. There wasn’t much for Scarlett Johansson to do in Iron Man 2, but in a Q & A during a press conference today for the DVD/Blu-Ray release of the film Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige said, “We’ve already started discussions with Scarlett about the idea of a solo movie and have begun putting together concepts, but The Avengers comes first.” You can read the full transcript of the press conference at Super Hero Hype. We’re still not entirely sure if she’s the right woman for the role, but we’ll see.
