For those of you eagerly anticipating the release date of the Nintendo 3DS, the company officially announced the titles that will be available on the release date. They hope to have more than 30 titles out before the E3 Expo in June. Drumroll please for these games available March 27:

– Pilotwings Resort

– Steel Diver

– nintendogs + cats

And these third party published games

– Super Street Fighter IV 3D Edition from CAPCOM

– The Sims 3 from EA

– Madden NFL Football from EA SPORTS

– Pro Evolution Soccer 2011 3D from Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc.

– LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars from LucasArts

– RIDGE RACER 3D from NAMCO BANDAI Games America Inc.

– Super Monkey Ball 3D from SEGA

– Asphalt 3D from UBISOFT

– Combat of Giants: Dinosaurs 3D from UBISOFT

While all these are exciting (especially Street Fighter IV 3D), I’m really rooting for the new Mario Kart, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and StarFox 64 which are all slated for release, according to USA Today. Is it just me or did the Nintendo 3DS get a lot more appealing?
