“Laptop Super Sale”: Prices vary at CowBoom.com (today only)
Best Buy-owned CowBoom.com is currently holding a “Laptop Super Sale,” with many of the machines selling out almost instantly. Most of them (maybe all of them) are pre-owned and don’t come with any software preloaded on them, though many have license keys for whichever operating system originally shipped preloaded. The cheapest machine I saw was down around $120—several netbooks hovered between $120 and $140, for instance.

Panasonic Blu-ray Home Theater in a Box: $250 at Woot (today only)
Today only, Woot.com is selling a 5.1-channel Blu-ray home theater system for $250. The same kit goes for $320 and up elsewhere. You get an internet-connected Blu-ray player, subwoofer, five speakers—two of which are almost comically tall—and an iPod/iPhone dock and SD card slot built right into the Blu-ray player. This is a new-in-box system (not refurbished).

$100 back on PlayBook for BlackBerry phone owners: BlackBerry
If you already own a BlackBerry phone and you’ve been eying the new BlackBerry PlayBook tablet, the company is offering a $100 prepaid MasterCard if you buy the tablet before September 22nd.
You’ll have to deal with some snail mail hoopla (sending in a copy of your receipt and the UPC cutout from the PlayBook box) but, hey, $100 is $100. The tablet itself starts at around $500 from most retailers.
