The Halo series is under new management, and new developer 343 Studios isn’t afraid to smash some long-standing traditions for Microsoft’s golden first-person shooter. All players get to sprint in multiplayer now, and by leveling up, they can unlock new abilities. Halo 4 also introduces a new foe, the Forerunners, who bring some new weapons and a sense of high technology into the fight. The good news? It still feels like Halo.
