If your idea of flight sims skews in a more visually literal direction, the Sky Gamblers series lets you pilot a fighter jet using the iPad’s accelerometer and gyroscopes (you twist and turn the iPad like a flight yoke, in other words). The goal: Take out enemy fighters in single-player mode, or your friends in online matches while choosing from 40 jet configurations and covering “over 40 billion square feet of land and sea.”
