Was it just me, or was last night’s episode of Warehouse 13 kind of… odd? By that, I don’t mean “intentionally wacky” as much as “just not the same as the show normally is.” Are these growing pains, or something more sinister? Here’re 13 unlucky-for-some thoughts about “Beyond Our Control”:

Welcome back to the Scott Pilgrim Book Club. We’re psyching ourselves up for Bryan Lee O’Malley’s Scott Pilgrim’s Finest Hour (out now!) and the Scott Pilgrim Vs. the World movie (due out August 13) by discussing each volume of the series over the course of six weeks. This week, Douglas Wolk, Graeme McMillan, Mike Williams, Evan Narcisse …
Comic-Con International is here, taking over the San Diego Convention Center, most of the rest of San Diego, and the lives of the 130,000 or so people who go there from July 21-25. No, I mean, God knows, there are good things at Comic-Con. You can walk up to a …
Comic-Con International San Diego starts tomorrow, and its program schedule features roughly three billion panels. (It would appear that the line for the “Scott Pilgrim” movie panel started yesterday.) But a handful of them are particularly notable, because we’ll be there. Here’s the scoop on Techland’s own “Comics and Digital Piracy” …
The great debate over Inception is still raging but is anything from Inception actually possible? New Scientist has broken down the movie with no spoilers. It’s a fantastic read but here’s a quick overview in case you don’t have the time:

A device does already exist …
