Worst Carrier: T-Mobile

Best Carrier: Sprint

Central Kentucky may not have the strongest coverage, but that didn’t stop a “cell phone theft ring” from allegedly hitting the area last month. At least things are going well otherwise. Lexington, Kentucky’s second-largest city, has one of the state’s lowest unemployment rates: 6.2% versus more than 8% statewide.
