4. Lincoln, Nebraska

Population: 262,341

Worst Carrier: T-Mobile

Best Carrier: Verizon

The very best average in any city among any carrier was Sprint’s service in Washington, D.C. (D.C. also had the second-highest average overall, behind New York City.) The weakest average came from the signals T-Mobile is putting out in Omaha, Nebraska—about an hour up the road from Lincoln.
