TechCrunch Disrupt, a biannual event taking place in New York and San Francisco, is arguably one of the most anticipated technology conferences of the year. As its name implies, the event emphasizes companies and individuals who are bringing disruption and innovation to their respective industries – many of which are early stage companies or are launching for the first time at the event’s “Startup Battlefield.”
