Vizio was one of the rare vendors to announce high-end Android tablets at CES 2013. The 7-inch model has specs on par with Google’s Nexus 7 (Tegra 3 processor, 1280-by-800 resolution display, 16 GB of storage, 1 GB of RAM), but is noticeably slimmer and lighter. The 10-inch model has an Nvidia Tegra 4 processor and a 2560-by-1600 resolution display. Both tablets run Android 4.1, but there’s no word on price or release date for either tablet yet. Check out our hands-on with these two tablets for more details.
