Home Shopping Network (HSN) has teamed up with Intel to give shoppers the opportunity to cook with renowned chef Wolfgang Puck — virtually at least. Customers who approach the HSN interactive touchwall, which will be deployed at various food and wine events throughout the year, will be able to take a virtual cooking class with Wolfgang Puck, showcasing how his HSN products work in the kitchen. This interactive touchwall enables HSN to effectively change the way the company interacts with shoppers by letting them experience products that are usually only sold online and through the television. Shoppers can then easily purchase items from the demo through their smartphones.
