It took more than a quarter-century, but someone finally turned the 1980s sitcom Perfect Strangers into a video game. That someone was Jason Oda, and his Web-based extravaganza, in which you play Balki, is 70 seconds of charming, nostalgic bliss set to the program’s theme song. It’s enough to make you wonder what Oda might do with Full House or Family Matters.
